TelComTec Saved us From Networking Issues That were Killing our Business
Great networking and internet connectivity is essential for most businesses. As a digital graphics company, we also need to be able to quickly move and access large files.
Intermittant connectivy issues that arose when we moved from 50mb to GIGABIT internet service two years ago were drowning our business, even to the point of hurting the team's morale.
We checked connections, cabling, service levels coming into our business, potential viruses and out of date equipment equipment, and could not come up with the cause, so I waved the white flag and expanded my search. That led me to TelComTec in the San Diego area. They answered their phone immediately and scheduled a visit for the following morning. Remote travel isn't an issue for them, but a bonus for us, they have Temecula Valley-based employees a can easily service the area.
As soon as I approved the work, TelComTec ugraded our old version Cat5 (which wasn't designed for Gigbit service to Cat6) and replaced our Best Buy homeoffice level equipment to commercial grade.
Note the minor scratches on the open frame network rack. The estimate was a little over my budget so they offered a rack that they had removed from another project to save me a few bucks even thougth they knew I'd pay for a glass enclosed rack.
Budget shouldn't have been an issue. Their improvements to our network quickly paid for themselves.

We had nothing but an excellent experience with this company. Appointments made were kept, promises on equipment were met (or communicated well, if not). Art was great with doing all the lead work, and the techs were all very professional, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. When they installed something I didn't like the look of, they didn't roll their eyes and talk me out of it. They just redid it without complaint. Highly recommend.
Great service, price and highly experienced team. I would recommend them.
Great service and a great price and very satisfied from start to finish.
We recently worked with TelComTec on a large cabling project, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. The job was completed ahead of schedule, and their communication throughout the project was outstanding. They consistently kept us informed on progress and were completely transparent about any scope changes. Our management team was specially impressed, not only with the quality of the work, but also with the professionalism and efficiency of their team. We're very happy with the outcome and look forward to working with them again in the future.
We’ve had a fantastic experience working with TelcomTec. From start to finish, their quality of work has been top-notch—everything was done with precision and care. They delivered our project on time and on budget, which is rare and very much appreciated.
One of the standout aspects of working with TelcomTec is how easy and seamless their change order process is. Adjustments were handled quickly, clearly, and without any hassle—making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Special thanks to Ron and Art, who went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service and communication. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we were happy with the results.
Highly recommend TelComTec to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and customer-focused team.

We had a really great experience working with Telcomtec. Our company moved offices, and they assisted with the new office build out. For someone that doesn't know anything about construction/cabling, they held my hand and did all the hard work for me. Art guided me in the right direction and made sure we were 100% satisfied in the end. Highly recommend Telcomtec and will use the again, if needed.
I have nothing but good things to say about Telcomtec. The team was responsive from quote to project completion, always willing to jump on a call with minimal delay and they know their stuff. I truly enjoyed working with them on my very large and complicated project.
As a senior IT leader who has worked in many large, global companies based in San Diego county, I have been a satisfied Telcomtec customer for over 25 years! They have helped me with numerous jobs, ranging from thousands of cable drops and campus infrastructure cabling, to small and medium sized tenant improvements and company moves. Recently, we had a critical piece of cabling infrastructure impacted by construction efforts. Art, Ron, and the team at TelcomTec jumped into emergency response and helped us get things replaced, connected and running again ahead of schedule. Telcomtec’s quick response, knowledge, and experience enabled us to quickly get back in full operating mode, helping us to support our customers around the globe. No matter the size or complexity, Telcomtec can handle the job and will deliver top-quality results with 110% effort and professionalism. I truly appreciate the great results and solid relationship we have had over the years. Highly recommended!

As a small business, cost and scalability are always important considerations. Art assessed our needs and presented two solution options based on our current capabilities and budget. We chose the simpler approach to get started, with plans to upgrade to a more comprehensive solution in the coming months.
What I appreciated most was that Art clearly explained the benefits and trade-offs of each option without relying on pressure or scare tactics. His expertise, honesty, and flexibility made it easy to choose a path that worked for our business today while keeping future growth in mind. The installation team was equally professional and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish.

Over the past five years, I've organized multiple large-scale, nationwide cabling installations and worked with dozens of vendors and subcontractors. If there's one thing I've learned, it's to trust Telcomtec to get the job done right.
No matter the size or location of the project, they've consistently delivered quality work. On every job where I hired Telcomtec, I was glad I did and on the few where I didn't, I regretted it. Even in remote areas where I thought a local vendor would suffice, it always ended up being worth it to bring Telcomtec in. Even on smaller bids.
Their pricing is extremely fair, they're flexible, and they always make sure the job is done right the first time. Highly recommended.

I can always count on these guys! The whole team is nice and very helpful. They also work weekends!
We have worked with Telcomtec for the last decade and I have put them through some tough technical situations and they always find a way to pull it off.
My company has worked with TelComTec for nearly 2 decades now. To this day, they have yet to disappoint. The team they have is very responsive and the quality of their work is second to none. Art and Ron have always taken care of me and continue to do so whenever we have a need for their services. I would definitely recommend TelComTec to anyone looking for cabling, phone, and CCTV services.
